FLEUR de SEL [10 grams]
The queen of salts. To harvest this precious sea salt from pristine salt ponds in France, conditions need to be just right. The sun, air temperature, and wind align to evaporate the water's surface and the crystals form. FLEUR de SEL has a moist, crunchy texture with a nuanced and delicate flavor of sea and minerals. Use as a finishing salt on everything — leafy green salads, grilled meats and fish, an omelette, french fries and warm chocolate soufflé.
BOLIVIAN ROSE [16 grams]
Lovely soft pink color, mild-flavored, rare Bolivian Rose Sea Salt is mined by hand from ancient salt deposits within the Andes mountains in Bolivia. A wonderful everyday or finishing salt.
CHERRY WOOD SMOKED [12 grams]
Pure sea salt is slowly smoked over cherry wood. The resulting salt is medium grain and dry in texture with a lovely light smoky fragrance and taste. Adds a touch of crunch when used as a finishing salt or works very well in cooking, marinades or rubs. Drop a grain or two into your next glass of ale or dark rum cocktail.
CORNISH [12 grams]
Known for its purity, Cornish Sea Salt is harvested from the turquoise waters off Cornwall's Lizard Peninsula. Firm-textured with a sturdy crunch and a clean, well balanced taste. Pure and unrefined, it retains 60+ minerals, which are healthy and contribute to its complex flavor.
CYPRUS BLACK DIAMOND [10 grams]
Harvested from the Mediterranean Sea off the Cypriot coast. Unique and exotic large black pyramid-shaped flakes with activated charcoal. Best used as a finishing/garnish salt to accentuate flavor and enhance the look of your dish. Add dramatic color to white-fleshed fish, deviled eggs and sweet potato fries.
HAWAIIAN RED ALAEA [16 grams]
Pleasantly crunchy texture and earthy flavor. Mineral-rich Red Alaea volcanic clay gives this Hawaiian staple sea salt its unique pink-russet color. It is the traditional and authentic salt seasoning used in native Hawaiian dishes such as Kālua Pig and Poke. An awesome everyday table salt, Red Alaea is also great for use in roasting or curing meats and seafood. It pairs especially well as seasoning for lightly smoked salmon. Combines crunchy texture, a subtle smoky taste and dramatic color. Harvested from Pacific waters using traditional methods of solar evaporation, allowing the salt crystals to form while leaving healthy trace minerals intact. The salt obtains its ‘Black Lava’ coloring from added, activated charcoal — a natural antitoxin & digestive aid. Best used as a finishing salt.
